如何合理充分的热身 我的肩关节 冷的时候有点小毛病 跑步至身体微微发热即可,活动一下肌肉关节,特别是准备训练的部位。有些健友直接用轻重量低的强度做2组作为热身。
在训练中,如果冷了,要重新热身。
穿短袖,不要让肩部受凉。
